To ensure we deal with your issue in an efficient manner please help us by providing the following information:
- Fill in the form below giving as much detail as possible we will contact you as soon as we can but I promise it won’t be more than 5 days.
- Most problems can be sorted over the phone but if we need to take it back for one of our technicians to look at we will need you to provide the following with the returning device.
- Any cables and leads that were originally supplied with the device e.g. power adapter, VGA lead etc
- The Invoice Number of it’s purchase, it’s Make and Model and Serial number.
- If there is a Password on the device, we will need it to access the system settings etc.
