  • Please ensure that you include a contact number as a Customer Services Representative will be in contact with you to take details of the fault and to arrange collection of the PC or Laptop.
  • DPD Courier Services will arrive the next day with a protective case to collect the PC or Laptop.
  • Following diagnosis, a Technician will be in contact to outline the fault and the cost of the repair.  If the customer decides not to proceed with the repair, the PC or Laptop will be returned at no extra cost.

 

Green I.T. recommend you back up data prior to repair as we accept no responsibility for data lost during repair.

All repairs remain the property of Green I.T. until payment is received in full.

If the customer has not been in contact with Green I.T. to confirm whether they wish to proceed with the repair within 5 days of the diagnosis, the PC or Laptop will be returned to the customer.

If payment has not been received within 3 months of the repair, the product will be sold to recover costs.
